គោលការណ៍ឯកជនភាព
TosTrip ជា app សម្រាប់រៀបចំដំណើរកម្សាន្តជាមួយមិត្តភក្តិ។ ទំព័រនេះពន្យល់ថាយើងប្រមូលព័ត៌មានអ្វី ហេតុអ្វី រក្សាទុករយៈពេលប៉ុន្មាន និងរបៀបលុបវា។ យើងមិនលក់ព័ត៌មានរបស់អ្នកទេ ហើយមិនប្រើវាសម្រាប់ការផ្សាយពាណិជ្ជកម្មទេ។
ព័ត៌មានដែលអ្នកផ្តល់ឱ្យយើង
- គណនី៖ លេខទូរសព្ទ (សម្រាប់ចូល និងទទួលលេខកូដ OTP) ឈ្មោះ ពាក្យសម្ងាត់ (រក្សាទុកជា hash មិនមែនអក្សរដើម) រូបថតប្រវត្តិរូប និងព័ត៌មានដែលអ្នកសរសេរក្នុងប្រវត្តិរូប។
- ខ្លឹមសារ៖ ដំណើរ កម្មវិធីធ្វើដំណើរ ការចំណាយ បញ្ជីត្រួតពិនិត្យ សារ សារជាសំឡេង រូបថត វីដេអូ ការបង្ហោះ និងមតិយោបល់ដែលអ្នកបង្កើត។
- អាជីវកម្ម៖ បើអ្នកបង្កើតទីតាំងអាជីវកម្ម — ព័ត៌មានម្ចាស់ លេខទំនាក់ទំនង និងព័ត៌មាន listing ដែលបង្ហាញជាសាធារណៈលើផែនទី។
ទីតាំង
- App ប្រើទីតាំងរបស់អ្នកដើម្បីបង្ហាញអ្នកលើផែនទី និងគណនាផ្លូវ។
- ការចែករំលែកទីតាំងជាមួយសមាជិកដំណើរ ដំណើរការតែពេលអ្នកបើកវាប៉ុណ្ណោះ ហើយអ្នកអាចបិទវាបានគ្រប់ពេល។ ពេលបើក app អាចបន្តផ្ញើទីតាំងពេល app នៅ background ដើម្បីឱ្យក្រុមឃើញអ្នកពេលធ្វើដំណើរ។
- ទីតាំងចុងក្រោយរបស់អ្នកត្រូវបានលុបដោយស្វ័យប្រវត្តិ ២៤ ម៉ោងក្រោយការ update ចុងក្រោយ។ យើងមិនរក្សាប្រវត្តិផ្លូវដែលអ្នកធ្វើដំណើរទេ។

ទំនាក់ទំនងក្នុងទូរសព្ទ

អ្នកណាខ្លះឃើញព័ត៌មានរបស់អ្នក
- សមាជិកដំណើរ ឃើញខ្លឹមសារនៃដំណើរ ការជជែករបស់ក្រុម និងទីតាំងរបស់អ្នក (ពេលអ្នកបើកការចែករំលែក)។
- ការបង្ហោះ ត្រូវបានបង្ហាញតាមការកំណត់ឯកជនភាពដែលអ្នកជ្រើស។ ការបង្ហោះសាធារណៈអាចត្រូវបានមើលដោយនរណាក៏បានដែលមាន link។
- រូបថត និងឯកសារក្នុងការជជែក ត្រូវបានរក្សាទុកក្នុងកន្លែងឯកជន ហើយអាចបើកបានតែតាម link បណ្ដោះអាសន្នដែលផុតកំណត់ក្នុងរយៈពេល ៦–១២ ម៉ោង។
- ពេលសារមួយមាន link ម៉ាស៊ីនមេរបស់យើងជាអ្នកទាញយក preview (ចំណងជើង រូបភាព) ពីគេហទំព័រនោះ មិនមែនទូរសព្ទរបស់អ្នកទេ ដូច្នេះគេហទំព័រនោះមិនដឹងអាសយដ្ឋាន IP របស់អ្នក ឬពេលដែលអ្នកអានសារឡើយ។
សេវាភាគីទីបីដែលយើងប្រើ
- Amazon Web Services — ម៉ាស៊ីនមេ (Singapore)។
- Cloudflare R2 — រក្សាទុករូបថត វីដេអូ សារជាសំឡេង និង backup។
- PlasGate និង Telegram — ផ្ញើលេខកូដ OTP ទៅលេខទូរសព្ទរបស់អ្នក។
- Expo — ផ្ញើ push notification។
- Google Maps — បង្ហាញផែនទីលើ Android (Apple Maps លើ iPhone)។
- Sentry — របាយការណ៍កំហុស (បើបានបើក)។
- ការហៅជាសំឡេង/វីដេអូ ឆ្លងកាត់ម៉ាស៊ីនមេរបស់យើងផ្ទាល់ ហើយមិនត្រូវបានថតទុកទេ។
ការលុបគណនី
- អ្នកអាចលុបគណនីបានក្នុង app៖ Profile → Settings → Delete account។
- នៅពេលលុប យើងលុបលេខទូរសព្ទ ឈ្មោះ ប្រវត្តិរូប ការបង្ហោះ មតិយោបល់ រូបថត វីដេអូ សារជាសំឡេង និងឯកសារដែលអ្នកបាន upload ទីតាំង ការកំណត់ និង session ទាំងអស់ភ្លាមៗ។
- សារជាអក្សរក្នុងការជជែករួម និងការចំណាយរួម នៅតែមានសម្រាប់សមាជិកផ្សេងទៀត ដោយបង្ហាញជា «Deleted user»។
- Backup របស់ database ត្រូវបានរក្សាទុកយ៉ាងយូរ ៧ ថ្ងៃ មុនពេលត្រូវបានលុប។

TosTrip មិនមែនសម្រាប់កុមារអាយុក្រោម ១៣ ឆ្នាំទេ។

Privacy Policy
TosTrip is an app for planning trips with friends. This page explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to delete it. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
What you give us
- Account: your phone number (to sign in and receive one-time codes), name, password (stored only as a hash), profile photo, and whatever you write in your profile.
- Content: the trips, itineraries, expenses, checklists, messages, voice messages, photos, videos, posts and comments you create.
- Businesses: if you list a business — owner details, contact numbers, and the listing itself, which is shown publicly on the map.
Location
- The app uses your location to show you on the map and to work out routes.
- Sharing your location with a trip's members happens only when you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time. While it is on, the app may keep sending your position in the background so your group can see you on the road.
- Your last shared position is deleted automatically 24 hours after its last update. We do not keep a history of where you have been.
- To work out a route, its start and end points are sent to our routing server.
Your contacts
If you allow it, the app checks the phone numbers in your contacts to show which friends already use TosTrip. The numbers are turned into hashes on your phone before they are sent, and we do not keep those hashes after the comparison.
Technical information
- A device identifier and your IP address — to stop abuse, such as someone requesting too many sign-in codes.
- Push notification tokens.
- Error reports, which do not include personal information.
Who sees your information
- A trip's members see the trip, its group chat, and your location while you share it.
- Posts are shown according to the privacy setting you choose. A public post can be seen by anyone with its link.
- Photos and files sent in chats are kept in private storage and open only through temporary links that expire within 6–12 hours.
- When a message contains a link, our server fetches its preview (title and image) from that website, not your phone, so the website does not learn your IP address or when you read the message.
Services we use
- Amazon Web Services — our servers (Singapore).
- Cloudflare R2 — storage for photos, videos, voice messages and backups.
- PlasGate and Telegram — delivering sign-in codes to your phone number.
- Expo — delivering push notifications.
- Google Maps — drawing the map on Android (Apple Maps on iPhone).
- Sentry — error reports (when enabled).
- Voice and video calls run through our own server and are never recorded.
Deleting your account
- You can delete your account in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- When you do, we immediately erase your phone number, name, profile, posts, comments, the photos, videos, voice messages and files you uploaded, your location, your settings and every session.
- Text messages in shared chats and shared expenses stay for the other members, shown as “Deleted user”.
- Database backups are kept for at most 7 days before they are deleted.
Children
TosTrip is not meant for children under 13.
